When Kiwi.com Hotels manages your reservation
The majority of reservations completed on our website are managed by Kiwi.com Hotels. This will be mentioned on the payment page before you will complete your booking.

- Customer Support: Any questions or issues related to your booking will be handled by our Kiwi.com Hotels Customer Support team. Contact is available in your Booking confirmation email, on your Booking management page, or on our website.
- Booking Confirmation: By completing your reservation, you will accept Kiwi.com Hotels Terms and Privacy Policy and will receive your booking confirmation directly from Kiwi.com Hotels.
When Another Company Assists with Your Reservation
In some instances, we offer assisted reservations, where Kiwi.com Hotels works with a third party to enable your booking. This will be mentioned on the payment page before you will complete your booking.

- Payment: Your payment will be processed by the third-party company, and they will manage your invoice requests.

If you wouldn't be able to get appropriate support from our partner, you may still reach out to Kiwi.com Hotels through our website and we will review your request and do our best to assist if possible. - Booking Confirmation: By completing your reservation, you will accept Kiwi.com Hotels Terms and Privacy Policy as well as the third-party Terms, and will receive your booking confirmation directly from Kiwi.com Hotels.
When Your Booking is Redirected to Another Website
In some cases, you might find a great deal on Kiwi.com Hotels comand be redirected to another website to complete your booking. This happens when Kiwi.com Hotels connects you to a third-party site to complete the reservation.
Here's how this works:
- Payment: Your payment and booking will be completed on the third-party website.
- Customer Support: Since the booking is finalized on the third-party site, all support will be handled by that company and Kiwi.com Hotels will not be able to assist. Please see your Booking confirmation to see your contact options.
- Booking Confirmation: The booking confirmation and all communication will come directly from that other company, not Kiwi.com Hotels.
Before you are redirected, Kiwi.com Hotels will clearly indicate that you are leaving our site to complete your reservation on a different platform.
